Terms & Conditions for Transfer Services
These are the terms and conditions for booking with the Okayride Transfer service. The contract between the parties is based on the terms outlined here. As our terms and conditions contain legal obligations, we kindly ask you to read them carefully. They form the basis upon which bookings are accepted by the Okayride transfer service. By using the Okayride transfer service, you agree to and are legally bound by these terms, which take immediate effect. The Okayride transfer service reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions electronically at any time.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the start of the route and can be paid to the driver in cash or by card.
- By completing the payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a refund of 10% of the prepaid amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur no refund of prepaid amount
Flight or Ship Delays
- We closely monitor the status of your flight or ship to ensure a timely pickup. If your flight or ship is delayed, we will adjust your transfer schedule at no extra charge. However, if the delay exceeds four hours and occurs between 23:00 and 06:00, an additional fee of €20.00 will apply.
- In the event of a flight or ship cancellation, no refund of 10% of the chauffeur service payment will be provided.
Liability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, changes, or disruptions to your travel plans caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While our drivers will do their best to fulfill your booking as planned, please understand that certain factors may lead to delays or cancellations.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight or ship details at the time of booking.
- The customer must notify us immediately of any changes to their travel itinerary.
Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. The company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if inappropriate behavior occurs.
- Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
- For your safety and the comfort of all passengers, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing hot food or drinks (except bottled water) into the vehicle.
Luggage and Personal Items
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during the service.
Vehicle Condition
The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers during the trip.
Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data collected will be used exclusively to deliver our services and will be handled in strict compliance with applicable data protection laws. Once our transfer service is completed, all personal data will be permanently erased from our systems.
