Okayride can deliver and collect cars from all supported locations listed on the website.
This includes all ports, airports, towns, city centers, as well as accommodations, Airbnbs, villas, and hotels. There are areas where car delivery is not supported. If your accommodation is located in such an area, we will notify you via email, chat, or phone call and will try to arrange an alternative pick-up location for your convenience.
Heraklion Airport
At Heraklion Airport, an Okayride representative will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The representative will assist you to our parking area, located a few meters from the arrivals hall. When you choose to return the car to Heraklion Airport, you are required to return the vehicle to the same location from where it was picked up.
Chania Airport
At Chania Airport, an Okayride.com representative will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The rental car parking area at Chania Airport is located 400 meters from the arrivals hall. Our representative will assist you in reaching the parking area using the shuttle bus. Only the driver(s) of the rental vehicle are allowed on the shuttle bus. In the case of returning the car to Chania Airport, the rental vehicle must be returned to the same airport parking area. Our representative will provide you with further instructions regarding the return of the vehicle upon your arrival. Your rental car may also be delivered directly to the arrivals area depending on the circumstances.
Sitia Airport
At Sitia Airport, an Okayride.com representative will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Our representative will assist you to the car, which will be located near the arrivals building. The return of the car will take place directly in the airport parking area from where you picked up the vehicle.
Ports of Heraklion/ Souda/ Rethymno/ Sitia At each port in Crete
An Okayride.com representative will be waiting for you at the ship's exit upon your arrival. In the case of returning the rental vehicle to any supported port, our representative will inform you of the designated parking area where the car must be left.
