Partially paid reservations
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours prior car pick up we will fully refund your deposit. Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately 5 business days.
Your deposit can not be refunded in case you cancel your reservation within 48 hours.
If you are not able to pick up the rental car at the agreed location without cancelling or informing us, your deposit can not be refunded.
Fully paid reservations
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours prior car pick up we will fully refund the whole amount. Once cancelled, we will credit you within approximately 5-7 business days.
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 48 hours, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
If you are not able to pick up the rental car at the agreed location without cancelling or informing us, the full amount paid can not be refunded.
For Transfer Service
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at the start of the route and can be paid to the driver in cash or by card.
By completing the payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a refund of 10% of the prepaid amount. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur no refund of prepaid amount
